The crystal that Farnsworth creates is NOT the single non local meta particle. The meta particle is what allowed his change of dark matter into a crystalline form to affect all dark matter. The meta particle is like Plato's ideals, and the plot device a corruption of those same ideals, by changing the nature the fundamental nature of one chair they are changing the nature of all chairs. I may be wrong but the crystal itself is never named in the movie this happens and I don't think it is referenced outside of it. Unless someone thinks I am wrong this should be changed.
